Abstract
ABSTRAK Perusahaan komponen otomotif merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam bidang otomotif penghasil produk Gear sebagai produk utamanya. Salah satu produknya adalah Gear Primary Driven K56. Pada proses produksi di perusahaan masih ditemukan beberapa waste. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan mengurangi waste, serta melakukan perbaikan terhadap tahapan pemborosan (waste) yang terjadi melalaui rancangan lean manufaktur dengan metode Value Stream Mapping (VSM) untuk pemetaan aliran produksi dan aliran informasi terhadap suatu produk pada tingkat produksi, serta Kaizen untuk memberikan usulan tindakan perbaikan di lini produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya 2 waste yang terjadi yaitu, defect produk akibat proses dan lamanya waktu pendistribusian. Diketahui defect kirikokami adalah defect yang paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 1,03% pada tahun 2019, dengan analisa fishbone dan 5W+1H didapatkan usulan perbaikan dengan membuat standarisasi/SOP. Dalam VSM, waste waktu siklus distribusi aktual 10563.40 menit, setelah dilakukan analisa usulan perbaikan, didapat waktu siklus distribusi yang lebih pendek menjadi 1913.23. Kata Kunci : Lean Manufaktur, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen. ABSTRACT An automotive component company is a manufacturing company engaged in the automotive sector producing Gear as its main product. One of the products is Gear Primary Driven K56. In the production process, some waste is still found. The purpose of this research is to identify and reduce waste, and make improvements to the waste stages that occur through lean manufacturing design with the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) method for mapping production flow and information flow to a product at the production level, as well as Kaizen to provide proposed corrective action on the production line. The results showed that there were 2 wastes that occurred, namely, product defects due to the process and the length of time for distribution. It is known that the kirikokami defect is the highest defect, amounting to 1.03% in 2019, with fishbone analysis and 5W + 1H, a suggested improvement is obtained by making standardization / SOP. In VSM, the actual distribution cycle time waste is 10563.40 minutes. After analysis of the proposed improvements, the shorter distribution cycle time is 1913.23.
