Abstract
ABSTRAK Sektor industri customer goods PT Megasari Makmur mempunyai 3 line produksi diantaranya line pengharum ruangan, lineobat nyamuk, line pembersih kendaraan bermotor. Dari ketiga line tersebut line pembersih kendaraan bermotor yang mengalami masalah paling tinggi masalahnya yaitu sebesar 12,07%, total ada waktu 265 menit waktu yang harus diperbaiki atau proses produksinya yang terlalul lama dengan aktual, khususnya diarea proses produksi sampo mobil sehingga produktivitas proses produksi kurang optimal. Setelah melakukan peninjauan dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan proses produksi sampo mobil, dilakukan perbaikan dengan metode PDCA (Plan-Do-CheckAction) untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada.Metode PDCA ini merupakan suatu metodologi pemecahan masalah yang banyak diaplikasikan untuk pengendalian mutu secara statistik dan berkelanjutan.Alat PDCA yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu flowchart, diagram histogram, diagram pareto, diagram sebab akibat(fishbone) dan 5W + 1H. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya masalah di proses produksi sampo mobil dan mengetahui perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode PDCA pada proses produksi sampo mobil. Perbaikan yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan PDCA pada proses produksi sampo mobil meningkatkan produktivitas dari 83.93% menjadi 96, 19%. Kata kunci : sampo mobil, produktivitas, metode PDCA, proses produksi ABSTRACT PT Megasari Makmur's customer goods industry sector has 3 production lines including an air freshener line, a mosquito treatment line, a motor vehicle cleaning line. Of the three lines, the motor vehicle cleaning line which experienced the highest problem was 12.07%, a total of 265 minutes of time to repair or the actual production process was too long, especially in the car shampoo production process area so that the productivity of the production process was less. optimal. After conducting reviews and activities related to the car shampoo production process, improvements were made to the PDCA (PlanDo-Check-Action) method to overcome existing problems. This PDCA method is a problem-solving methodology that is widely applied to quality control. statistics and continuous PDCA tools used in this study are flowcharts, histogram diagrams, pareto diagrams, fishbone diagrams and 5W + 1H. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause problems in the car shampoo production process and to determine the improvements that can be made using the PDCA method in the car shampoo production process. Improvements made using the PDCA approach in the car shampoo production process increased productivity from 83.93% to 96.19%. Key words: car shampoo, productivity, PDCA method, production process
