Abstract

This thesis aims to analyze the influence of the competence, motivation work and career development to employees performance at PT Astragraphia in Jakarta Pusat. The study involved all employees as respondents who were 45 employees. Based on the respondents tested the validity, reliability test, test for normality, multicolinearity, heteroskedastisitas, and linear regression. The results of the analysis with multiple linear regression method showed that simultaneous competence, motivation work and career development influence on employee performance. Partially competence, motivation work and career development influence on employee performance. Keywords : Competency, Motivation Work, Career Development and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Astragraphia di Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan sebagai responden yang berjumlah 45 orang karyawan. Berdasarkan tanggapan responden dilakukan uji validitas, uji normalitas, multikolineritas, heteroskedastititas dan linier berganda. Hasil analisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kompetensi, motivasi kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial kompetensi, motivasi kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kompetensi, Motivasi Kerja, Pengembangan Karir dan Kinerja Karyawan.
