Abstract
The subject of this research describes the performance compensation and discipline in compliance with the official employees’ performance in Tirtamarta BPK Penabur Christian Junior High School. Research method used in this research is survey method by the techniques that are implemented on the official employees of Tirtamarta BPK Penabur Christian Junior High School. Special characteristics; the total respondent is 32 employees, by the description of male employees = 19 and female employees = 13, age interval is between 27 - 55, and educational backgrounds are S1, S2, and S3 are accepted. It means that there are positive influence between two independent variables and dependent variable, either collectively or not. The conclusion of this research is performance compensation has positive influence about 97,8 % to the officials employees’ performance and 99,0 % to the official employees performance discipline has collectively high influence about 815,206 % to the official employees’ performance. Therefore, it could be an advice about how to improve employees’ performance as well where there should be improvement of performance compensation and discipline. Keywords: Employees (Embracing the teachers and staff of Tirtamata BPK Penabur Christian Junior High School), Performance Compensation, and Performance Discipline. https://lib.mercubuana.ac.id/id ii ABSTRAK Subyek Penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan kompensasi kerja dan disiplin kerja pegawai, dalam pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai di SMPK Tirtamarta BPK PENABUR. Metode yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dan teknik pengaruh ini dilakukan terhadap guru-guru dan karyawan kependidikan SMPK Tirtamarta BPK PENABUR. Karakteristik khusus; jumlah 32 responden yang diambil secara keseluruhan. Jenis kelamin laki-laki = 19 orang dan perempuan = 13 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis 1, 2 dan 3 dalam penelitian diterima dalam arti bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kedua variable bebas dengan variable terikat baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kompensasi kerja memberikan sumbangan sekaligus positif dan besar 97,8% terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja guru memberikan sumbangan sebesar 99.0%. Sedangkan kompensasi kerja dan disiplin kerja pegawai secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan yang sangat sebesar 815.206% terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan demikian sebagai saran untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai yang tinggi perlu ditingkatkan kompensasi kerja dan disiplin kerjanya. Kata kunci: Pegawai, disiplin kerja, kompensasi kerja
