Abstract
T his study aim ed t o analyze the e ffe c t of job com petence and m otivation to em ployee perform ance , outsoursing at. C hartis Insurance Indonesia . T his study used survey m ethod w ith the num ber of respondents w as 52 . T he result show ed a good am ount o f w ork com petency and w o r k m o tiv a tio n has no effect o n e m p lo y e e p e rfo rm a n c e . L ikew ise, both are not sim ultaneously affect the perform ance of em ployees . A spects that need to be im proved t o increase em ployee perform ance i s the accuracy of the data base , m inim ize disruption to the system and speed o f a c c e s s to backup system s.
