Abstract
ABSTRAK Perusahaan Stamping merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi pengolahan bahan logam. Dalam proses produksi, ditemukan beberapa permasalahan yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai waste. Ketatnya persaingan membuat Perusahaan Stamping terdorong untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi. Salah satunya adalah dengan mengurangi pemborosan yang tidak mempunyai nilai tambah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi waste produksi dengan menggunakan metode Value Stream Mapping. Tahapan yang dilakukan antara lain adalah membuat Current State Mapping yang digunakan untuk memetakan peta proses produksi saat ini. Selanjutnya adalah melakukan pembobotan waste dengan menggunakan Waste Relationship Matrix (WRM) dan Waste Assessment Questionnaire (WAQ) hasil yang didapat adalah waste Inventory sebesar 18,93%, Overproduction sebesar 18,27%, dan Motion sebesar 17,10%. Tahap selanjutnya yang digunakan adalah Value stream analysis tools (VALSAT) untuk memilih tools yang paling efektif dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengurangi waste, yaitu Process Activity Mapping. Dengan Process Activity Mapping waste atau non value added berupa lead time dapat dikurangi sebesar 968 detik, sedangkan value added meningkat sebesar 10,82%. Hasil dari penelitian ini digambarkan pada Future State Mapping. In the production process, several problems were found that could be categorized as waste. The intense competition encourages Stamping Companies to increase production efficiency. One of them is by reducing waste that has no added value. This study aims to reduce production waste by using the Value Stream Mapping method. The steps taken include creating a Current State Mapping which is used to map the current production process map. Next is weighting the waste using the Waste Relationship Matrix (WRM) and Waste Assessment Questionnaire (WAQ). The results obtained are 18.93% waste inventory, 18.27% overproduction, and 17.10% Motion. The next stage used is the Value stream analysis tools (VALSAT) to select the most effective tools in identifying and reducing waste, namely Process Activity Mapping. With the Process Activity Mapping, waste or non value added in the form of lead time can be reduced by 968 seconds, while the value added increases by 10.82%.
