Abstract
ABSTRAK CV. Teknik Mandiri Sukses merupakan bidang usaha yang bergerak pada jasa pembersihan komponen-komponen alat berat salah satunya adalah komponen injector. Injector adalah komponen yang terdapat pada bagian mesin alat berat yang memiliki fungsi untuk melakukan pembakaran pada mesin diesel. Dalam melakukan pembersihan injector, masih ditemukan beberapa komplain oleh customer. Untuk mengurangi komplain customer, maka harus dilakukan perbaikan. Perbaikan dilakukan dengan metode Failure Tree Analysis (FTA) dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). FTA adalah metode untuk menentukan faktor permasalahan, sedangkan FMEA metode untuk melakukan perbaikan. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode FTA diketahui penyebab utama komplain perbaikan injector adalah karena Pembakaran Tidak Sempurna dengan persentase 37% yang disebabkan oleh faktor manusia, mesin, dan bahan baku. Faktor manusia disebabkan oleh pengalaman operator kurang, faktor mesin karena mesin Commonrail tidak stabil, dan faktor material karena kualitas sparepart kurang. Kemudian dilakukan usulan perbaikan dengan metode FMEA agar permasalah yang ada tidak terulang kembali. Perbaikan yang diusulkan adalah melakukan pelatihan kepada operator, melakukan perawatan terhadap mesin Commonrail, dan meningkatkan kualitas sparepart. Teknik Mandiri Sukses is a business sector that is engaged in cleaning services for heavy equipment components, one of which is the injector component. Injectors are components found in heavy equipment engine parts that have a function to burn the diesel engine. In doing injector cleaning, several complaints were still found by customers. To reduce customer complaints, improvements must be made. Improvements were made using the Failure Tree Analysis (FTA) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) methods. FTA is a method for determining problem factors, while FMEA is a method for making improvements. From the results of research conducted using the FTA method, it is known that the main cause of complaints for injector repair is due to incomplete combustion with a percentage of 37% caused by human factors, machines, and raw materials. Human factors are caused by lack of operator experience, machine factors due to unstable Commonrail machines, and material factors due to poor quality of spare parts. Then, the FMEA method was proposed to improve so that the existing problems would not be repeated. The proposed improvements include providing training to operators, performing maintenance on Commonrail machines, and improving the quality of spare parts.
