Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tuntutan kerja dan resistensi perubahan terhadap turnover intention melalui stress kerja sebagai mediasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah 90 dengan metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Tuntutan Kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Resistensi Perubahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Tuntutan kerja meningkat melalui stress kerja sebagai mediasi, maka turnover intention pun akan meningkat. Resistensi perubahan meningkat melalui stress kerja sebagai mediasi, maka turnover intention pun akan meningkat. Kata Kunci : Tuntutan Kerja, Resistensi Perubahan, Turnover Intention, Stres Kerja. This study aims to analyze the effect of work demands and resistance to change on turnover intention through work stress as a mediation. The object of this research is 90 with sampling method using saturated sampling technique. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that work demands have a positive but not significant effect on turnover intention, change resistance has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Work demands increase through work stress as a mediation, so turnover intention will also increase.
