Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan sebagai mediasi di RS Jakarta Eye Center @Menteng. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 karyawan. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 67 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sample menggunakan Probability Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. (3) Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (4) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. (6) Peran Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi secara parsial pada hubungan stres kerja terhadap Turnover Intention. (7) Peran Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi secara parsial pada hubungan lingkungan kerja terhadap Turnover Intention. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Turnover Intention, Kepuasan Kerja. This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and work environment on turnover intention through satisfaction as a mediation at the Jakarta Eye Center Hospital @ Menteng. The population in this study were 200 employees. The sample used is 67 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses Probability Sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that (1) Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. (2) The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on turnover intention. (3) Job stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (4) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on turnover intention. (6) The mediating role Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the relationship between job stress and Turnover Intention. (7) The mediating role Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the relationship between the work environment and Turnover Intention.
