Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja, birokrasi organisasi dan pengembangan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor pusat di PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda. Sedangkan sampel penelitian diambil dengan metide Slovin, yaitu sebesar 154 responden. Instrumen pengumpulan data disusun dalam angket yang menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan pada taraf signifikansi 95 %. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa budaya kerja, organisasi birokrasi dan pengembanga karyawan secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan, namun demikian disinyalir masih ada faktor-faktor lain yang juga mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. The method used is the method of multiple linear regression. While the study sample is taken with metide Slovin, amounting to 154 respondents. Structured data collection instrument in the questionnaire using Likert scale. Data analysis was performed on the 95% significance level. Research has shown that the work culture, organizational bureaucracy and pengembanga employees jointly affect employee performance variables, however, pointed out there are other factors that also affect employee performance.
