Abstract

Sustainability perusahaan adalah keberlanjutan bisnis mengacu pada tujuan organisasi untuk mencapai profit dan meningkatkan pembangunan sosial dengan memperhitungkan aspek lingkungan. Bisnis berkelanjutan berawal dari pengertian pembangunan yang menjaga keseimbangan antara aspek ekonomi, aspek sosial, dan aspek lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green intellectual capital terhadap sustainability perusahaan dengan mediasi green environmental management. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Fuel Terminal Pertamina Rewulu - Jogjakarta, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 125 orang pekerja. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa green human capital dan green relational capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sustainability perusahaan baik secara langsung maupun dimediasi oleh green environmental management. Demikian juga dengan green environmental management juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sustainability perusahaan. Sebaliknya green structural capital tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap sustainability perusahaan, namun menjadi berpengaruh signifikan jika dimediasi oleh green environmental management. Guna tetap menjaga sustainability maka terus dilakukan continuous improvement project untuk mendukung green innovation dalam menerapkan green technology dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya serta menjaga kelestarian lingkungan hidup dengan tetap melibatkan peran pihak ekternal. Perusahaan menyediakan pengembangan energi baru dan terbarukan untuk mendukung agenda transisi iklim nasional, bertanggung jawab dalam mengatasi masalah perubahan iklim dan sebagai teladan dalam melaksanakan sistem manajemen lingkungan hijau. Perusahaan berkomitmen untuk menerapkan standar tertinggi dalam praktik kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, menghormati dan melibatkan masyarakat sekitar untuk mendorong pembangunan sosial dan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Corporate sustainability is a business sustainability concept that referring to the organization's goals to achieve profit and increase social development through environmental aspects. This concept concern business development which maintains the balance between economic, social, and environmental aspects. This study aims to analyze the effect of green intellectual capital on the company's sustainability through the mediation of green environmental management. The population of this research is employees of Pertamina Rewulu Fuel Terminal - Jogjakarta, with a total sample of 125 workers. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study found that green human capital and green relational capital have a significant effect on corporate sustainability, either directly or mediated by green environmental management. Likewise, green environmental management also impacted significantly. On the other hand, green structural capital does not have a direct effect on the sustainability of the company but becomes a significant influence if mediated by green environmental management. To ensure the sustainability of the subject, continuous improvement projects were carried out to support green innovation by implementing green technology in resource utilization and preserving the environment while external parties kept involved. The company develops new and renewable energy to support the national climate transition agenda, is responsible for addressing climate change issues, and is a role model in implementing a green environmental management system. The company is committed to implementing the highest standards in occupational health and safety practices, respecting and involving the surrounding community to promote sustainable social and economic development.
