Abstract
In the era of globalization that continues to change which is increasingly being pushed to produce quality products, a new vision is needed on how the role of corporate culture in implementing quality management in the company is needed. ISO 9001:2015 is one of the globally recognized quality management systems that is expected to fix quality problems. In its implementation, difficulties are often encountered because it is not supported by the role of corporate culture This research was conducted in a company engaged in the manufacturing of automotive components. In practice, there are quality problems in the company's internal so it needs to be analyzed. This study aims to determine the direction of the influence of corporate culture on several clauses of ISO 9001: 2015 namely operational, performance evaluation and improvement to improve product quality. Data analysis in this study involved all employees who found 97 employee respondents in the company where the research took place and the data analysis technique used PLS-SEM. The results of this research found that corporate culture has a positive and significant effect on operations, performance evaluation and improvement, operations and evaluations have a positive effect on product quality but not significant and improvement has a positive and significant effect on product quality. Keyboard : Coorporate culture, ISO 9001, Operational, Performance Evaluation, Improvement, SEM-PLS Di era globalisasi yang terus berubah dan di dorong untuk menghasilkan kualitas produk sehingga dibutuhkan visi baru tentang bagaimana peran budaya perusahaan untuk menerapkan manajemen mutu di perusahaan. ISO 9001:2015 adalah salah satu sistem manajemen mutu yang diakui secara global yang diharapkan dapat memperbaiki masalah kualitas. Dalam implementasinya sering ditemui kesulitan karena tidak didukung oleh peran budaya perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur komponen otomotif. Pada pelaksanaannya terdapat masalah kualitas di internal perusahaan sehingga perlu dilakukan analisa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui arah pengaruh budaya perusahaan terhadap beberapa klausul ISO 9001:2015 yaitu operasional, evaluasi kinerja dan peningkatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk. Analisa data pada penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 97 responden karyawan diperusahaan tempat penelitian berlangsung dan teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa budaya perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap operasional, evaluasi kinerja dan peningkatan, operasional dan evaluasi kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas produk namun tidak signifikan serta peningkatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas produk.
