Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kerjasama, Dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bekasi. Pencapaian key performance indicator (KPI) susut distribusi tidak terlepas dari motivasi kerja pada setiap karyawan. Kerja sama yang baik akan memberikan hasil yang maksimal dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Ditambahkan lagi, dengan budaya kerja yang telah terbangun dengan baik maka setiap pekerjaan bisa dilaksanakan dengan baik. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 51 karyawan di Bagian Transaksi Energi dan Bagian Jaringan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 orang Karyawan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh kuat dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan . 2) Kerjasama secara parsial berpengaruh kuat dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3) Budaya kerja secara parsial berpengaruh kuat dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kinerja karyawan. 4) Motivasi kerja, kerjasama, dan budaya kerja secara stimultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling kuat dan signifikan didalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah variabel motivasi kerja, kemudian diikuti oleh variabel kerjasama, dan terakhir variabel budaya kerja. Kata kunci : Motivasi kerja, kerja sama, budaya kerja, kinerja karyawan, susut distribusi This research has a purpose to reveal and analyze the influence of motivation, teamwork and working culture on employee performance. A good result of key performance indicator (KPI) on distribution losses of energy cannot be separated from . Besides, the appearance of strong teamwork among colleagues and good working culture would improve employee performance. The research method was included in a quantitative approach. The population was 51 employees in energy transaction section and distribution network section. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, with a total sample of 51 employees. The research data was collected through distributing questionnaires. The quantitative data analysis method was a multiple linear regression method. The results indicated that 1) Motivation partially has a significant affect on employee performance. 2) Cooperation partially has a significant affect on on employee performance. 3) Working culture partially has a significant affect on on employee performance. 4) Motivation, cooperation, working culture simultaneously have a significant affect on employee performance. This research outcome shows that the most crucial and significant factor which affected employee performance was motivation, followed by cooperation and the last one was working culture.
