Abstract
TOTAL Construction Institutes (TCI) comes to enhance the competences of PT TOTAL Bangun Persada Tbk (TOTAL) employees. Level of satisfaction and level of learning from the participants is good, but low level of participants attendance will influence on training effectivity. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of self-effication, supervisory support and training reputation on training motivation in TOTAL. The population used for this study are all TOTAL employees. Sampling method used is proportionate stratified random sampling with 313 sample. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that self-effication, supervisory support and training reputation are simultaneously having a significant influence to the training motivation. Partially self-effication is not having significant influence on training motivation. Supervisory support and training reputation are having significant influence to rhe training motivation. The training reputation is the biggest significant variable which influences training motivation. Training motivation can be enhancing when supervisor have a good perception about training, and the training program should have a good reputation for all employees. Keywords : self-effication, supervisory support, training reputation, training motivation TOTAL Construction Institute (TCI) hadir untuk meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan PT TOTAL Bangun Persada Tbk. (TOTAL). Hasil baik didapatkan untuk tingkat kepuasan dan hasil pembelajaran peserta, namun tingkat kehadiran yang rendah akan mempengaruhi efektivitas pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri, dukungan atasan dan reputasi pelatihan terhadap motivasi pelatihan di TOTAL. Populasi yang diteliti adalah seluruh karyawan TOTAL. Metode sampling yang dipakai adalah proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 313 sampel. Metode analisis yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efikasi diri, dukungan atasan dan reputasi pelatihan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi pelatihan. Secara parsial efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi pelatihan. Dukungan atasan dan reputasi pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap motivasi pelatihan. Reputasi pelatihan merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi pelatihan. Motivasi pelatihan dapat ditingkatkan ketika atasan memiliki persepsi yang baik terhadap pelatihan serta pelatihan harus memiliki reputasi yang baik bagi seluruh karyawan.
