Abstract

This research is to know how the impact of motivation, leadership and compensation to the employee performance at The Secretariat General of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights in Civil Service Bureau. There are many factors that affect to the employee performance, but this study only look unto the motivation, leadership and compensation. To find out the study result, I using a quantitative approach with the sample amounted to 51 people. Before the analyzing, all elements already tested for validity and reliability. Once the data is declared to be valid and reliable then started to be analyzed. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The result of study concluded that the effect of motivation on the employee performance are positive and significant, while the leadership and compensation do not have a significant and positive effect on the employee performance. Key words : motivation, leaderships, compensation, employee performance. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Biro Kepegawaian Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Hukum dan HAM. Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, namun dalam penelitian ini hanya melihat faktor motivasi, kepemimpinan dan kompensasi . Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah 51 orang. Sebelum menganalisa, semua instrument diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Setelah data dinyatakan valid dan reliabel kemudian dianalisis. Data Dianalisis dengan mengunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan kepemimpinan dan kompensasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : motivasi, kepemimpinan, kompensasi, kinerja pegawai.
