Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether emotional intelligence influence learning achievement, whether learning motivation affect learning achievement, whether the School Physical Environment influences learning achievement. And Is Emotional intelligence, learning motivation and School Physical Environment jointly affect Learning achievement. As for the research object in this study is the Students at SMA YP –BDN totaling 89 people. The variables used in this study is Emotional intelligence, Learning Motivation, the physical environment of the school and learning achievement. . The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of research showed that there influence between emotional intelligence on Learning achievement, there is the Effect of learning Motivation on academic achievement, there is a school of Physical Effects of the Environment on the Achievement of learning and there is influence between emotional intelligence, learning motivation and School Environment Collaborative learning Achievement in SMA YP –BDN Keywords : Emotional intelligence, Learning Motivation, Physical Environment School, Learning Achievements . Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah Kecerdasan emosi mempengaruhi Prestasi belajar, apakah Motivasi belajar mempengaruhi Prestasi belajar, apakah Lingkungan Sekolah mempengaruhi Prestasi belajar. dan apakah Kecerdasan emosi, Motivasi belajar dan Lingkungan Sekolah secara bersama mempengaruhi Prestasi belajar. Adapun yang menjadiobjekpenelitanpadapenelitianiniadalahSiswa/i pada SMA YP –BDN yangberjumlah 89 orang. Variabel yang digunakandalampenelitianiniadalahKecerdasanemosi, MotivasiBelajar, lingkungansekolahdanprestasibelajar. . Data yang diperolehdianalisisdenganmenggunakanregresi linear sederhanadanregresi linier berganda. HasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwaterdapatPengaruhantaraKecerdasanemositerha dapPrestasibelajar, terdapatPengaruhantaraMotivasiBelajarterhadapPrestasibelajar, terdapatPengaruhantaraLingkunganSekolahterhadapPrestasibelajardanterdapatpen garuhantaraKecerdasanemosi, MotivasibelajardanLingkunganSekolahsecarabersama- samaterhadapPrestasibelajar di SMA YP –BDN . Kata Kunci :Kecerdasanemosi, MotivasiBelajar, LingkunganSekolah, Prestasibelajar.
