Abstract

This research is aimed to analize the effect of discipline and motivation on the employee performance of PT. LG Innotek Indonesia. Questionnaire is used to obtain primary data from the respondend. The type of research on descriptive quantitative analyzed using SPSS 22 statistic program. The result showed that discipline and motivation have positive influence toward performance. When discipline and motivation are improved that will be followed by an increase in employees performance. The multiple regression showed that dicipline has the greatest influence on performance followed by motivation. By looking at the result obtained Adjusted R Square value of fourty two percent performace variable that affected by the variables of discipline and motivation, the remaining is determined by other factors. Keywords: discipline, motivation, performance, linear regression. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. LG Innotek Indonesia. Data kuesioner digunakan untuk mendapatkan data primer dari responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripsi kuantitatif yang dianalisa dengan menggunakan program statistik SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin dan motivasi memiliki hubungan yang positif terhadap kinerja. Dimana apabila variabel disiplin dan variabel motivasi ditingkatkan maka akan diikuti dengan peningkatan kinerja pada karyawan. Dari persamaan regresi multipel juga diketahui bahwa variabel disiplin memiliki nilai terbesar, diikuti dengan motivasi. Dengan melihat hasil Adjusted R square di dapat nilai empat puluh dua persen variabel kinerja yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel disiplin dan motivasi, sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci: disiplin, motivasi, kinerja, regresi linear.
