Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, integrity and organizational culture on employee performance. The method of data collection in this study used questionnaires by taking respondents as many as 113 permanent employees of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in the Deputy for Information and Data. Data analysis used descriptive statistics using SPSS and by using quantitative with causal associative design looking for relationships between variables. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, 2) Integrity has a significant effect on employee performance, 3) Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, 4) Work environment, integrity and organizational culture have a positive influence and significant to employee performance. Keywords: work environment, integrity, organizational culture and employee performance of kpk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, integritas dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisener dengan mengambil responden sebanyak 113 pegawai tetap pada Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) di Kedeputian Informasi dan Data. Analisis data yang digunakan statistik deskriptif menggunakan SPSS dan dengan menggunakan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal mencari hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) Integritas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 4) Lingkungan kerja, integritas dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan siginifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.
