Abstract
rating antara program acara, maka kelompok yang terbentuk atas dorongan kebutuhan menghadirkan keberanian dalam mengungkapkan fakta dan realitas serta semangat religius, membuat kelompok produksi Khazanah mengedepankan komunikasi kelompok dalam mengambil setiap keputusannya, meski tak lepas dari dinamika yang muncul ke depannya, untuk mendapatkan keputusan terbaik dalam menjalankan program acara dakwah, sehingga tidak menimbulkan kontroversi dan tetap bertahan ditenggah arus persaingan bisnis di dunia pertelevisian. Dinamika komunikasi kelompok dalam penelitian ini didefinisikan sebagai aktivitas yang dilakukan ketika dua atau lebih orang menyampaikan pesan secara tatap muka dan mereka menyadari keberadaan anggota lain di dalam kelompok serta adanya kesamaan kepentingan yang dinyatakan sebagai tujuan untuk mencapai kesepakatan guna mempertahankan program dakwah di televisi. Keputusan yang diambil dalam kelompok produksi program acara Khazanah di Trans7 melewati beberapa tahapan proses yang dianalisis berdasarkan teori perspektif fungsional pembuatan keputusan kelompok Hirokawa dan Gouran. Kata Kunci : Dinamika Kelompok, Kelompok Produksi, Pengambilan Keputusan, teori perspektif fungsional pembuatan keputusan kelompok Hirokawa dan Gouran. The Khazanah da'wah program is a flagship program owned by the Trans 7 television station, under the auspices of Transmedia CT Corp. Departing from competition in the television world and even the pursuit of pursuit of share & rating between programs, the group formed by encouraging needs presents courage in expressing facts and reality and religious zeal, making Khazanah production groups prioritize group communication in taking every decision, even if they do not apart from the dynamics that arise in the future, to get the best decision in carrying out the da'wah program, so that it does not cause controversy and persist in the flow of business competition in the television world. The dynamics of group communication in this study is defined as activities carried out when two or more people convey messages face-to-face and they are aware of the existence of other members in the group and the similarity of interests which are stated as goals to reach agreement to maintain da'wah programs on television. Decisions taken in the production group of the Khazanah program in Trans7 went through several stages of the process which were analyzed based on the functional perspective theory of decision making in the Hirokawa and Gouran groups.
