Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, transformational leadership and employee motivation toward on employee performance. The factors that influence the performance is the capability (ability) and motivation factors (motivation), formulated Human Performance : Ability + Motivation, Motivation : Attitude + Situation, Ability : Knowledge + Skill. This study used quantitative research methods.The study population are employees in Polytechnic LP3I Kramat Raya Campus. The technique is using probability sampling.Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis, by testing valildity, reliability testing and hypothesis testing.The result of this study indicate that the independent variables simultaneously significant effect on the dependent variable. But partially, tranformasioanl leadership style has no significant effect on employee [erformance. Keywords : work discipline, transformational leadership, motivation, performance employee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja adalah faktor kemampuan (ability) dan faktor motivasi (motivation), dirumuskan Human Performance: Ability + Motivation, Motivation: Attitude + Sitution, Ability : Knowledge + Skill. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif.Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Kramat Raya. Teknik sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, dengan dilakukan pengujian validitas, pengujian reliabilitas, dan pengujian hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Akan tetapi secara parsial, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
