Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Budaya K3 Pelatihan K3 dan Kinerja Karyawan serta dampaknya pada Produktivitas Karja pada perusahaan otomotif di Cikarang. Metode analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dan RCFA. Data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan Focus Group Discussion untuk menganalisis masalah dan memberikan saran untuk perbaikan dengan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 388. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Budaya K3 dan Pelatihan K3 memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Kinerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kinerja memediasi hubungan Budaya K3 dan Pelatihan K3 terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil analisa menggunakan Why-why Analysis untuk mengetahui penyebab dominan menunjukkan K3 dianggap sebagai belenggu, Equipment K3 yang kurang disediakan sesuai potensi bahaya, Kebijakan K3 kurang menjamin adanya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, Kurangnya ketegasan dari perusahaan dalam penerapan sanksi bagi pelanggar peraturan K3. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa dengan metode SEM-PLS faktor – faktor mengenai Budaya K3, Pelatihan K3, dan Kinerja Karyawan yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas dapat diketahui. Dengan RCFA dengan Why-why Analysis perusahaan dapat melakukan perbaikan terhadap penurunan produksi. This research aims to analyze the influence of K3 Culture and K3 Training on Employee Performance as well as its impact on Employee Productivity on automotive companies in Cikarang. The data analysis method in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and RCFA. The data used includes primary data and secondary data. The study used Focus Group Discussion to analyze problems and provide suggestions for improvements with 388 sample counts. The results of the study found that K3 Culture and K3 Training had a positive and significant influence on Performance. Performance has a positive and significant influence on work productivity. Performance mediates the relationship of K3 Culture and K3 Training to work productivity. The results of the analysis using Why-why Analysis to find out the dominant cause showed K3 is considered a shackle, Equipment K3 is less provided according to potential hazards, K3 Policy does not guarantee the existence of occupational safety and health, Lack of firmness from companies in the application of sanctions for violators of K3 regulations. The study concluded that with the SEM-PLS method factors regarding K3 Culture, K3 Training, and Employee Performance that affect productivity can be known. With RCFA with Why-why Analysis companies can make improvements to production declines.
