Abstract

This research is conducted to find out the influence of compensation to employee’s performance, the influence of organizational commitment to employee’s performance, the influence of leadership to employee’s performance. The subjects of this research are 74 employees of PT. Modernland Realty, Tbk. Variable used in this research are employee’s behavior, organizational commitment, leadership and employee’s performance. The data obtained from the questionnaire and analysed using multiple linier regression model and processed with SPSS version 17. The result showed that there are influences of compensation to employee’s performance, influences of organizational commitment to employee’s performance, influences of leadership to employee’s performance at PT. Modernland Realty, Tbk. Keywords : Compensation; Organizational Commitment; Leadership; Employee’s Performance Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, apakah ada pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, apakah ada pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitan pada penelitian ini adalah para karyawan di PT. Modernland Realty, Tbk yang berjumlah 74 orang. Variabel penelitian ini adalah kompensasi, komitmen organisasional, kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan. Data diperoleh dengan kuisioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda dan diolah dengan program SPSS versi 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh antara komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Modernland Realty, Tbk. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasional, Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Karyawan.
