Abstract
West Jakarta is one of the big cities that is currently developing. In general, large cities become the center of activities, both industry, economy, and government. The problem that is often faced is the problem of irregular parking control congestion causing an increase in parking requirements. One of the physical facilities in the shopping center is the ITC Roxy Mas parking area. In this case the study area is ITC Roxy Mas - West Jakarta. The research method used is in accordance with the provisions of the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. Primary data collection is by conducting field surveys in the form of road geometric data, parking volume, vehicle volume, and side barriers. While secondary data includes maps and sizes of cities. Then analyze the growth of vehicles in the next five years. The results of this study are the largest volume of vehicles entering the parking area on Saturday 4 May he results of this study are the largest volume of vehicles entering the parking area on Saturday 27 July 2019 totaling 660 cars and 8154 motorcycles. The largest accumulation of parking for cars on Saturday totaling 131 vehicles occurred at 13.00-13.59 WIB. Then for motorcycles as many as 944 vehicles occurred between 14.00-14.59 WIB. The average duration of vehicle parking is 2 hours for cars and 1 hour 30 minutes for motorbikes. The largest parking index is 9% for cars occurring on Saturday at 13.00-13.59 WIB and 94% for motorbikes occurred on Monday at 15.00-15.59 WIB. The biggest Parking Turn Over is 5 vehicles / SRP / day. Judging from the analysis of the Road Section for the survey speed on Jalan K.H.Hasyim Ashari at peak hours in the morning and evening have a service level or Level of Service (LOS), namely B and E. This shows that there is a level of vehicle flow in the afternoon when returning from work. Traffic growth from 2019 which is 3861 pcu / day increased in 2024 to 4610 pcu / day. The growth of parking volume in 2019 was 8814 vehicles / day and increased in 2024 by 10521 vehicles / day. Pada umumnya kota-kota besar menjadi pusat kegiatan, baik industri, ekonomi, dan pemerintahan. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi adalah masalah kemacetan pengendalian parkir yang tidak teratur menyebabkan meningkatnya kebutuhan parkir. Adapun salah satu sarana fisik di pusat perbelanjaan yaitu area parkir ITC Roxy Mas. Dalam hal ini wilayah studi adalah ITC Roxy Mas – Jakarta Pusat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan sesuai dengan ketentuan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Pengumpulan data primer yaitu dengan melakukan survei lapangan berupa data geometrik jalan, volume parkir, volume kendaraan, serta hambatan samping. Sedangkan Data sekunder meliputi peta dan ukuran kota. Kemudian menganalisis pertumbuhan kendaraan lima tahun mendatang. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah volume kendaraan terbesar yang masuk area parkir pada hari Sabtu 27 Juli 2019 sebanyak 660 mobil dan 8154 motor. Akumulasi parkir terbesar untuk mobil hari Sabtu sebanyak 131 kendaraan terjadi pada pukul 13.00-13.59 WIB. Kemudian untuk motor sebanyak 944 kendaraan terjadi antara pukul 14.00-14.59 WIB. Durasi rata-rata parkir kendaraan adalah 2 jam untuk mobil dan 1 Jam 30 menit untuk motor. Indeks Parkir terbesar adalah 9% untuk mobil terjadi pada hari Sabtu pukul 13.00-13.59 WIB dan 94% untuk motor terjadi pada hari Senin pukul 15.00-15.59 WIB. Parking Turn Over terbesar adalah 5 kendaraan/SRP/hari. Dilihat dari analisis Ruas Jalan untuk kecepatan survei di Jalan K.H.Hasyim Ashari di jam puncak pagi dan sore memiliki tingkat pelayanan atau Level Of Service (LOS) yaitu B dan E. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terjadi tingkat arus kendaraan pada sore hari saat pulang kerja. Pertumbuhan lalu-lintas dari tahun 2019 yaitu 3861 smp/hari meningkat ditahun 2024 menjadi 4610 smp/hari. Pertumbuhan volume parkir 2019 sebesar 8814 kend/hari dan meningkat pada tahun 2024 sebesar 10521 kend/hari.
