Abstract
The writing of this report aims to explain how the process of planning and designing of simple flats that are designed to respond to problems related to land limitations and the high price of land in providing decent housing for people especially those on low incomes. By prioritizing environmentally friendly aspects of the building as well as taking an energy efficient Architecture, as well as promoting the basic concepts of buildings that are quality living. The design of this building is also based on the existing design precedents and refers to the technical guidelines of the simple flats owned to be able to meet the standard needs of the flats. Data processing is divided based on the specificity of the space and also the process of activities that will be experienced by the user when the design results are finished. This building is designed with a height of eight floors, all of which have facilitated all activities in the building, so as to provide a comfortable flat and provide quality living for the residents. Keywords: Low-cost housing, Energy Efficient Architecture, Quality Living Penulisan laporan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana proses perencanaan dan perancangan rumah susun sederhana milik yang dirancang untuk menanggapi permasalahan terkait keterbatasan lahan dan mahalnya harga tanah dalam penyediaan hunian layak bagi masyarakat terutama mereka yang berpenghasilan rendah. Dengan mengedepankan aspek yang ramah lingkungan terhadap bangunan serta melakukan pendekatan Arsitektur Hemat Energi, serta mengedepankan konsep dasar bangunan yang bersifat quality living. Perancangan bangunan ini juga dilandasakan oleh preseden-preseden desain yang telah ada serta merujuk pada pedoman teknis rumah susun sederhana milik untuk dapat memenuhi standar kebutuhan pada rumah susun. Pengolahan data dibagi berdasarkan kekhususan ruang dan juga proses kegiatan yang akan pengguna alami pada saat hasil rancangan sudah selesai. Bangunan ini didesain dengan ketinggiann delapan lantai, yang keseluruhannya telah memfasilitasi seluruh aktivitas yang ada di dalam bangunan tersebut, sehingga dapat memberikan rumah susun yang nyaman serta memberikan quality living bagi para penghuni.
