Abstract

Jakarta is the capital of the country of Indonesia and is also a big city in Indonesia that becomes the center of all activities and activities, the rapid development of Jakarta also increasingly make full city of Jakarta with the growing population of Jakarta Causing increased vehicle usage causing problems in space and traffic in Jakarta. To overcome this problem Jakarta should prioritize development with integrated city planning concept that can be able to support all activities. One of the concepts applied in the major cities in the world is the concept of TOD, a concept that emphasizes the integration between land users and buildings with the mode of public transport. Transit Oriented Development or TOD is a concept of the area centered on the transfer of convenient mode of transportation to walk within a close radius and can do daily activities inside it without the need to use Private vehicles. Cipete Raya area is the location of the final architectural design located in Cipete Raya MRT station area. In this location is projected to be constructed building with TOD concept, the building is functioning as Mice building and Hotel that can be easily integrated with Cipete Raya MRT Station and other general Transpotrasi Moda. With the theme of Green Building and efficient Modern building concept in the use, efficient space placement, and energy efficient in order to maximally serve the activities in the building and around the TOD region, and able to align with Environment and human activity as users. Jakarta merupakan Ibukota negara Indonesia dan juga merupakan kota besar di Indonesia yang menjadi pusat dari segala aktivitas dan kegiatan, perkembangan kota Jakarta yang pesat juga semakin membuat penuh kota Jakarta dengan jumlah penduduk Jakarta yang kian padat menyebabkan peningkatan pemakaian kendaraan sehingga menyebabkan masalah pada ruang dan juga lalu lintas di Jakarta. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut Jakarta harus mengedepankan pembangunan dengan konsep perencanaan kota yang Terintegrasi yang dapat mewadahi segala aktivitas. Salah satu konsep yang diterapkan di kota-kota besar di dunia adalah Konsep TOD, konsep yang mengedepankan intergrasi antara pengguna lahan dan bangunan dengan Moda Transportasi Umum. Transit Oriented Development atau TOD adalah suatu konsep kawasan yang terpusat pada perpindahan moda transportasi yang nyaman untuk berjalan kaki dalam radius yang dekat serta dapat melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari didalamnya tanpa perlu menggunakan kendaraan pribadi. Kawasan Cipete Raya merupakan lokasi dari Perancangan Arsitektur Akhir ini terletak di Kawasan Stasiun MRT Cipete Raya. Pada lokasi ini diproyeksikan akan dibangun bangunan dengan Konsep TOD, pada bangunan tersebut difungsikan sebagai bangunan Mice dan Hotel yang dapat dengan mudah Terintegrasi dengan Stasiun MRT Cipete Raya dan Moda Transpotrasi Umum lainnya. Dengan mengusung tema Green Building dan konsep Bangunan Modern yang efisien dalam penggunaan, efisien penempatan ruang, dan efisien energi agar dapat secara maksimal melayani aktivitas di dalam bangunan dan sekitar Kawasan TOD, dan mampu selaras dengan lingkungan dan aktivitas manusia sebagai pengguna.
