Abstract
This study aims to determine and explain the influence of organizational culture, This study aims to determine and explain the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance on employees of PT Anugerah Idealestari. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT Anugerah Idea Lestari. Sampling technique is nonprobability sampling, which is saturated sampling of 68 respondents. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, so it is recommended to improve the duties and responsibilities of the company and implement positive activities to improve good relations between employees. Organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction have an effect of 71.2% on employee performance at PT Anugerah Idealestari. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan PT Anugerah Idealestari. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Anugerah Idea Lestari. Teknik pengambilan sample adalah nonprobability sampling yaitu sampling jenuh sejumlah 68 orang responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa budaya organsasi, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga disarankan untuk memperbaiki pedoman tugas dan tanggung jawab perusahaan dan melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan positif untuk meningkatkan hubungan yang baik antar karyawan. Budaya organisasi, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh sebesar 71,2% terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Anugerah Idealestari.
