Abstract
Turnover intention at PT. Pelayaran Tempuran Emas Tbk. increased in every years which are affected by job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and pay satisfaction. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and pay satisfaction to the turnover intention employees at PT. Pelayaran Tempuran Emas Tbk. The kind of research used is descriptive verificative with questionnaire. The Data are primary data coming from questionnaire which are distribution through to respondents, as well as secondary data. Sampling in this research are 146 respondents, and the analysis method used in this study is using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 23.0 Software. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results from this research showed that (1) job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect to turnover intention; (2) organizational commitment had a negative and not significant effect to turnover intention; (3) pay satisfaction had a positive and significant effect to turnover intention. (4) job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and pay satisfaction commitment simultaneously had a significant effect to turnover intention. The conclusion of this research is turnover intention could be reduce by increase job satisfaction, increase the organisational commitment and increase the pay satisfaction of the employee.
