Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of BPBD Kuningan District employees. Research data is a year observation data. The sampling method used is Nonprobability Sampling. From a population of 56 employees, 56 employees all met the criteria of being a sample. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that competence, motivation, and work discipline together (simultaneously) had a significant effect on the performance of BPBD Kuningan District employees. Partially competency has a positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. Work discipline is the variable that has the most influence on the performance of the BPBD employees in Kuningan Regency. Keywords : Competence, Motivation, Work Discipline, and Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai BPBD Kabupaten Kuningan. Data penelitian merupakan data observasi setahun. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah Nonprobability Sampling. Dari populasi 56 pegawai, 56 pegawai seluruhnya memenuhi kriteria menjadi sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi liniear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai BPBD Kabupaten Kuningan. Secara parsial kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai BPBD Kabupaten Kuningan. Kata kunci : Kompetensi, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai
