Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand and explain the effect of workload, career development on turnover intention mediated through job satisfaction with PT. XYZ Bank. The research method uses a quantitative approach, where the population in this study were 115 employees at PT. XYZ Bank. Questionnaire to respondents using a Likert Scale on the Questionnaire with 5 levels of answers. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The questionnaire survey instrument was randomly sent to the employees of PT. XYZ Bank. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS (Partial LeastSquare) version 3.2.8. The results of the study revealed that workload has a significant effect on turnover intention, then career development has a significant effect on turnover intention, and also job satisfaction has a significant effect on turnover intention. The results independently resulted that workload, career development effect on turnover intention mediated through job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menjelaskan pengaruh beban kerja, pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention dimediasi melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap PT. Bank XYZ. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 115 karyawan pada PT. Bank XYZ. Kuesioner kepada responden dengan menggunakan Skala Likert pada Kuesioner dengan 5 tingkat jawaban.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Instrumen survei kuesioner dikirimkan secara acak kepada karyawan PT. Bank XYZ. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Smart PLS (Partial LeastSquare) versi 3.2.8. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, selanjutnya pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan juga untuk kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hasil secara independent mengahasilkan bahwa beban kerja, pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention dimediasi melalui kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kata kunci: beban kerja,pengembangan karir, kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention.
