Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze or estimate the influence of discipline, motivation and compensation partially and simultaneously through employee performance PT. Global Footwear. Population on research is 90 employees. Sampling technique using consensus method. The research was done using data collecting technique with questionnaire, interview and observation. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test,classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis test used t-test, F-test and determination coefficient with SPSS version 25.0. Result of analysis indicates that disciplinehave positive and significant influence to performance. Motivation have positive and significant influence to performance. Compentation have positif and significant influence to performance. The result reveal discipline, motivation and compensationhave significant positive effect on employee performance. Was 70.2% and the remain 29.8% affected by other variabel. Motivation is the dominant variable influence on employee performance PT. Global Footwear. Keyword : Discipline, Motivation, Compensation, Employee Performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin, motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Global Footwear. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan cara metode kosensus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner, wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, realibilitas, asumsi klasik, regeresi berganda dan korelasi antar dimensi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T, uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa dispensasi berpengaruh secara parsial positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh secara parsial positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Serta disiplin, motivasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 70.2% dan sisanya 29.8% oleh variabel lain. Motivasi merupakan variabel yang dominan dan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Global Footwear. Kata kunci : Disiplin, Motivasi, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan.
