Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and compensation on the motivation and job satisfaction of PT Bina Kerja Cemerlang employees. This research was conducted using primary data. The sample of this study is employees who work at PT Bina Kerja Cemerlang. Sampling using nonprobability technique is saturated sample or often called total sampling because the number of employees is 98 people. This research was carried out quantitatively with multiple linear regression analysis method, by testing the statistical test hypothesis t. The results showed that 88% Job Satisfaction (Y) was influenced by the Work Motivation variable (X1), Work Environment variable (X2), and Compensation variable (X3) while the rest (100% - 88.0%) was 12.0% Satisfaction Work (Y) is influenced by other factors outside of this research such as leadership, career path and organizational commitment. Work motivation, work environment, and compensation simultaneously have a significant influence on the job satisfaction of PT Bina Kerja Cemerlang employees. This means that the higher the motivation, the more conducive the work environment and the better the company's compensation, the higher the job satisfaction of employees towards the company. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Bina Kerja Cemerlang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT Bina Kerja Cemerlang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability adalah sampel jenuh atau sering disebut total sampling karena jumlah karyawan adalah 98 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan menguji hipotesis uji statistik t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 88% Kepuasan Kerja (Y) dipengaruhi oleh terhadap variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1), variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2), dan variabel Kompensasi (X3) sedangkan sisanya (100 % - 88,0 %) yaitu 12,0 % Kepuasan Kerja (Y) dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar penelitian ini seperti kepemimpinan, jalur karier dan komitmen organisasi. Motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Bina Kerja Cemerlang. Ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi, semakin kondusif lingkungan kerja dan semakin baik kompensasi perusahaan, semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, kepuasan kerja.
