Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, struktur aktiva, growth opportunity dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap struktur modal. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2013-2017. Sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa variabel likuiditas, struktur aktiva dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Sedangkan profitabilitas dan growth opportunity tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Kata kunci: Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Struktur Aktiva, Growth Opportunity,Kepemilikan Institusional dan Struktur Modal. The objectives of the research are to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, asset structure, growth opportunity and institutional ownership on capital structure. This study use secondary data, the financial statements of property and real estate company’s in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013- 2017. The sample used in this study was conducted by purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the variable liquidity, asset structure, and institutional ownership affect the capital structure significantly.
