Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Mining Company Stock Prices (on Coal Sub Sectors Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2018). The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and panel data analysis techniques, there are 8 companies for 7 years of research that match the research sample criteria of a total of 22 companies. The results of the panel data analysis technique found that the more appropriate model used is the Common Effect Model. Based on the adjusted R2 Common Effect value of 0.401281 or 40.12%, it can be interpreted that the Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) can explain its relation to stock prices while the remaining 59.87% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied. The results of the statistic t test (pasial test) show that Current Ratio (CR) has a not significant effect on stock prices, Return On Assets (ROA) has a significant effect on stock prices, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on stock prices and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a not significant effect on stock prices. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Pertambangan (pada Sub Sektor Batubara yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2012-2018). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan teknik analisis data panel, terdapat 8 perusahaan selama 7 tahun penelitian yang sesuai dengan kriteria sampel penelitian dari total 22 perusahaan. Hasil dari teknik analisis data panel didapatkan bahwa model yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah Common Effect Model. Berdasarkan nilai adjusted R2 Common Effect sebesar 0.401281 atau 40,12%, dapat diartikan bahwa Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dapat menjelaskan keterkaitannya terhadap harga saham, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 59,87% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar variabel yang diteliti. Hasil dari uji statistik t (uji pasial) menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, Return On Assets (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham.
