Abstract
Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM) as the Education National Referral Hospital and a center of excellence experienced problems related to human resources where the compensation given by the hospital did not match the expectations of the employees. This research aims to examine the influence of competency, compensation, and working satisfaction on the performance of non medical employee in RSUPN Dr. CiptoMangunkusumo. The population of this research is 92 non medical employees who work in Human Resource Division, Nursing Section, Nursing Committee, Medical Technician Division, and Health Labor Committee and whose working experience minimal one year (permanent employee). Research samples were taken using purposive sampling technique.Data analysis method which is used in this research is multiple linear regression.The result of F test shows that competency variable, compensation variable, and working satisfaction variable altogether having significant influence on the performance of non medical employee. The inter- dimension relationship analysis shows that the strongest dimension is working satisfactionand the next strong dimensionsare compensation and competency. Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM) sebagai Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Dan Pusat Rujukan Nasional serta center of excellence mengalami permasalahan terkait SDM dimana kompensasi yang diberikan rumah sakit tidak sesuai dengan harapan pegawai. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kinerja pegawai belum sesuai dengan harapan rumah sakit (kinerja istimewa/excellence). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji serta menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai non medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 92 orang pegawai non medis yang bekerja di Bagian Sumber Daya Manusia, Bidang Keperawatan, Komite Keperawatan, Bidang Keteknisian Medik, dan Komite Tenaga Kesehatan yang bekerja minimal satu tahun (Pegawai Tetap). Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian pada pengujian uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi, variabel Kompensasi, dan variabel kepuasan kerja secara bersama- sama berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Non Medis RSCM. Pada analisis antar dimensi didapat hubungan dimensi paling kuat adalah dimensi kepuasan kerja, dan hubungan paling kuat kedua adalah dimensi kompensasi dan kompetensi.
