Abstract

Dalam dunia industri manufaktur peningkatan produktivitas sangatlah penting bagi perusahaan. Six Big Losses adalah suatu hal yang harus dihindari oleh setiap perusahaan. Industri yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan Speaker, Megaphone dan Amplifier. Untuk mengetahui seberapa baik efektivitas suatu mesin, maka dilakukan pengukuran nilai OEE dengan memperhatikan tiga hal penting, yaitu availability rate, peformance rate, dan quality rate. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur nilai OEE dari mesin yang memproduksi produk Spare Part Speaker, mengetahui akar penyebab utama yang sering terjadi kerusakan pada mesin dan mengetahui improvment cara menyelesaikan masalah sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas mesin. Nilai OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) periode April 2018 yaitu, availability 95,21%, performance 63,5% dan nilai quality 93,37% dengan total keseluruhan nilai OEE yang di dapatkan sebesar 56,22%. pada bulan Mei 2018, nilai OEE yang di dapatkan sebesar 64,6%. Nilai tersebut masih belum cukup untuk mencapai World Class Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yaitu nilainya 85%. Kata Kunci: availability rate, peformance rate, quality rate. In the world of manufacturing industry increased productivity is very important for companies. Six Big Losses is something that must be avoided by every company. The industry examined in this study is a company engaged in the manufacture of Speakers, Megaphones and Amplifiers. To find out how well the effectiveness of a machine, the measurement of OEE values is carried out by considering three important things, namely availability rate, performance rate, and quality rate. The purpose of this study is to measure the OEE value of a machine that produces Speaker Spare Parts products, find out the root causes of the most frequent damage to the engine and know how to solve problems so as to increase machine productivity. The OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) value for the April 2018 period, namely, availability 95.21%, performance 63.5% and quality value 93.37% with the total value of the OEE obtained at 56.22%. in May 2018, the OEE value obtained was 64.6%. This value is still not enough to reach the World Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), which is 85%.
