Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT. Karenindo Citra Utama. Populasipada perusahaan tersebut adalah sebanyak 78 orang, sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 78 responden. Metode penarikan sample menggunakan Non Probability Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) Disiplin tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Kepemimpinan tranformasional dan Organizational Citizehship Behaviour (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Organizational Citizehship Behaviour (OCB) memediasi secara penuh antara disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan dan (4) Organizational Citizehship Behaviour (OCB) memediasi secara parsial antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kepemipinan Tranformasional, Kinerja karyawan, OCB This study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership, discipline on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT. Karenindo Citra Utama. The population in the company is 78 people, while the sample in this study was obtained using a jenuh sampling of 78 respondents. Sampling method using Non Probability Sampling. The data collection method is using survey methods, with questionnaire as the research instrument. Data analysis in this study using Partial Least Square. The results of this study prove that (1) Discipline has no positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Transformational Leadership and Organizational Cityization Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) fully mediates between discipline on employee performance and (4) partial mediation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) between transformational leadership on employee performance.
