Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Biaya dan Waktu Percepatan Pekerjaan Tanah Dengan Metode Penambahan Jumlah Alat Berat Pada Proyek Jalan Tol Depok - Antasari, Nama : Fahmizan Rimawan, Nim : 41118310023, Dosen Pembimbing : Irriene Indah Susanti, ST, MT, 2019 Proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol Depok – Antasari mengalami keterlambatan pekerjaan pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan tanah sebesar 30,70% dari presentasi rencana awal Sehingga waktu yang awalnya direncanakan selesai pada bulan Agustus 2019 diperpanjang menjadi harus selesai pada bulan Desember 2019. Dalam Penelitian ini akan menganalisis percepatan durasi penyelesaian pada proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol Depok – Antasari dengan alternatif penambahan jumlah alat berat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui biaya proyek yang efisien dan durasi waktu yang lebih cepat dengan menggunakan alternatif tersebut. Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa total biaya proyek dalam kondisi normal ialah sebesar Rp. 9.860.552.249,00 dengan durasi pelaksanaan proyek 130 hari kerja. Dalam kondisi sesudah dipercepat dengan penambahan jumlah alat berat Alternatif – 1 didapat biaya sebesar Rp. 10.030.638.486,00 atau lebih mahal 1,02% dari biaya proyek pada kondisi normal dan durasi pelaksanaan proyek 109 hari kerja atau lebih cepat 21 hari dari durasi normal. Sedangkan total biaya proyek pada kondisi alternatif – 2 didapat sebesar Rp. 10.153.918.103,00 atau lebih mahal 1,04% dari biaya proyek pada kondisi normal dan durasi pelaksanaan proyek 104 hari atau lebih cepat 26 hari dari durasi normal. Dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa percepatan pekerjaan dengan metode alternatif - 1 merupakan alternatif percepatan yang lebih efektif dan ekonomis, karena dengan menerapkan percepatan alternatif – 1 durasi pekerjaan proyek lebih cepat dari keadaan normal dan tidak mengalami keterlambatan pekerjaan dari waktu rencana yaitu 120 hari. Dan total anggaran biaya proyek lebih murah jika dibandingkan dengan metode percepatan alternatif – 2.
