Abstract
The objectives of this study were to examine the relationship between learning agility and leadership skills in PT XYZ Tangerang employees. There were 149 respondents with a minimum position is Team Leader selected through purposive sampling. The instruments of this research consist of 34 items for learning agility (De Meuse, 2015) with α = .868 and 16 items for leadership skills (Katz, 1974) with α = .796. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics and inference analysis. The result showed that a positive and significant relationship between learning agility and leadership skills (r = .619, p < .05). It means that the higher the learning agility an employee has, the higher his leadership skills. Keywords: Learning agility, leadership skills, employee Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara learning agility dengan leadership skills pada karyawan PT XYZ Tangerang. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 149 karyawan dengan level jabatan minimal Team Leader yang terpilih secara purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari 34 item untuk learning agility (De Meuse, 2015) dengan α = 0.868 dan 16 item untuk leadership skills (Katz, 1974) dengan α = 0.796. Analisis data menggunakan data deskriptif dan analisis inferensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara learning agility dengan leadership skills (r = 0.619, p < 0.05). Artinya semakin tinggi learning agility yang dimiliki karyawan, maka semakin tinggi leadership skills pada dirinya. Kata Kunci: Learning agility, leadership skills, karyawan
