Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self esteem, empowerment dan self efficacy terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. Puncak Lembah Hijau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 karyawan di PT. Puncak Lembah Hijau. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 67 karyawan di PT. Puncak Lembah Hijau. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan probability sampling menggunakan teknik slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian membuktikan bahwa self esteem berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, empowerment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kata kunci: Self esteem, empowerment, self efficacy, dan organizational citizenship behavior. This study aims to analyze the influence of self esteem, empowerment and self efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior. The object of this research is employees at PT. The peak of the Green Valley. The population in this study was 200 employees at PT. The peak of the Green Valley. The sample used is as many as 67 employees at PT. The peak of the Green Valley. The sampling method uses probability sampling using slovin technique. Data collection method using survey method, with research instrument is questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). Research proves that self esteem has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, empowerment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
