Abstract

We must always cultivate regional cultural arts for the sake of maintaining the preservation of regional culture, especially those around us. So we need a container or building as a support in meeting the need to carry out an activity or activity related to culture or other needs of a general nature. The government proposes to build state-owned buildings in the form of cultural parks located in several areas, one of which is located in the Sleman area of Yogyakarta. By applying the Neo Vernacular concept which is expected to give the characteristics of Yogyakarta buildings or contain Javanese philosophy. Taking into non-physical analysis and physical analysis, it is hoped that the cultural park will later be able to provide a comfortable building function and in accordance with the functions and needs of several activities and activities to be carried out. Keywords : Cultural Park, Neo Vernacular, Java, Sleman Yogyakarta. Kesenian budaya Daerah harus selalu kita budayakan demi terjaganya kelestarian budaya daerah terutama yang ada di sekitar kita. Maka dibutuhkan suatu wadah atau bangunan sebagai penunjang dalam memenuhi kebutuhan untuk melakukan suatu kegiatan atau aktifitas yang berhubungan dengan kebudayaan atau kebutuhan lainya yang bersifat umum. Pemerintah mengusulkan membangun bangunan gedung milik negara berupa taman budaya yang berada di beberapa wilayah, salah satunya yang berlokasi di daerah Sleman Yogyakarta. Dengan menerapkan konsep Neo Vernakular yang diharapkan dapat memberikan ciri khas bangunan Yogyakarta atau mengandung filosofi Jawa. Memperhatikan analisa non fisik dan analisa fisik, diharapkan taman budaya nantinya dapat memberikan suatu fungsi bangunan yang nyaman dan sesuai dengan fungsi dan kebutuhan dari beberapa kegiatan serta aktifitas yang akan dilakukan.
