Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung beban kerja, kepemimpinan transaksional, dan keadilan distributif terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Lembaga Teknologi Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Lembaga Teknologi Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia yang berjumlah 52 karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 52 karyawan sebagai responden penelitian, dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) yang diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima, secara signifikan variabel beban kerja, kepemimpinan transaksional dan keadilan distributif secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi turnover intention. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Keadilan distributif berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Keadilan Distributif dan Turnover Intention. This study aims to analyze the direct effect of workload, transactional leadership, and distributive justice on turnover intention of employees of the Institute of Technology, Faculty of Engineering, University of Indonesia. Population in this research is employees of the Institute of Technology, Faculty of Engineering, University of Indonesia amounting to 52 employees. The sample of this study amounted to 52 employees as research respondents, by using sampling method that is saturated samples. Data analysis method in this research using Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results obtained in this study indicate that all hypotheses, significantly the variables of workload, transactional leadership and distributive justice jointly affect turnover intention. The results of this study prove that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention with. Transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Distributive justice has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords : Workload, Transactional Leadership, Distributive Justice and Turnover Intention.
