Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Job Insecurity terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Institut Teknologi PLN Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dan bantuan software SMART PLS 3.0. Tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah Non prabability sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh dan sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 karyawan (staf administrasi). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, dan Job Insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Job Insecurity, Turnover Intention. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work goals and job insecurity on turnover intention of employees of the PLN Jakarta Institute of Technology. The method used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools and SMART PLS 3.0 software. The sampling technique used is non-prebability sampling with saturated sampling method and the sample used in the study was 80 employees (administrative staff). The results of the study state that compensation has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, and Job Insecurity has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention.
