Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pada PT Infosys Solusi Terpadu Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif kausal. Jenis penelitian ini berdasarkan pendekatannya merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan PT Infosys Solusi Terpadu Jakarta. Teknik penggunaan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini yakni menggunakan metode survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, (2) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, dan (3) Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Kata Kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi,Kepemimpinan Transformasional. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Style on Organizational Commitment at PT Infosys Solusi Terpadu Jakarta. The research method used is associative causal. This type of research based on its approach is quantitative research. The population in this study were 100 employees of PT Infosys Solusi Terpadu Jakarta. The technique of using the sample in this study is to use the saturated sample technique. In this study, namely using a survey method using a questionnaire as a tool. The method of data analysis in this study uses Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling where the data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that (1) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (2) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, and (3) Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment.
