Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja, Learning Organization, dan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Objek Penelitian Ini Adalah Karyawan Yang Bekerja Di PT. Bank Central Asia Cabang Pecenongan yang terletak di Jalan Pecenongan Raya No. 86, Kota Jakarta Pusat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 10120. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan design penelitian kausal. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji instrumen dalam bentuk Uji Validasi dan Uji Realibilitas dengan software smartPLS (Partial Least Square) Versi 3.0. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, sedangkan untuk Learning Organization tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi di PT. Bank Central Asia Cabang Pecenongan. Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Kerja, Learning Organization, Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, smartPLS(Partial Least Square). This research was to know to influence Work Ability, Learning Organization, and Quality of Work Life on Organizational Commitment. The Object of This Research Are Employees Who Work At PT. Bank Central Asia Pecenongan Branch located at Jalan Pecenongan Raya No. 86, Kota Jakarta Pusat, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 10120. This study was conducted on 50 respondents using a causal research design. The analysis technique used for this test is descriptive analysis and test instruments in the form of Validation and Reliability Tests with Version 3.0 of the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results of this study indicate that Work Ability has a positive effect on Organizational Commitment, and Quality of Work Life has a positive effect on Organizational Commitment, while Learning Organization does not have a positive effect on Organizational Commitment at PT.
