Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai studi pada PJLP di Bagian Umum dan Protokol Kantor Walikota Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 241 pegawai, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin.. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 150 orang. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode Probability Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai, PJLP, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee performance in the study of the PJLP in the General and Protocol Section of the North Jakarta Mayor's Office. The population in the study was 241 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sample used was 150 people. The sampling method uses the Probability Sampling method. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
