Abstract
Delivery activity is one of important thing in doing a business. Productivity can’t reach the target had been made, Lost Time increase, the target was 17,4% to be 18,1%. How lost time happened in productivity, what kind of lost time which have most influential to productivity & how to fix the lost time what kind of lost time which have most influential to productivity, become main point to face the the problem and solve it. To solve the problem is to use value stream mapping. The result are, processing lead time decrease from 0,557 day become 0,536 day, Travel distance decrease from 85 meter become 65 meter, reduce stock from 92.160 pcs become 46.080 pcs & reduce area from 90,4 m2 become 67,8 m2. Keyword : Seven Tools, Value Stream Mapping, Productivity, Loading, Horn Kegiatan pengiriman adalah salah satu bagian penting dalam menjalankan suatu usaha. Productivity tidak bisa mencapai target yang telah dibuat, terjadi peningkatan Lost Time yang targetnya sebesar 17,4% naik menjadi 18,1%. Bagaimana lost time yang terjadi pada productivity, lost time apa yang paling berpengaruh terhadap productivity & bagaimana cara untuk memperbaiki lost timeyang paling berpengaruh terhadap productivity, menjadi point utama dalam menghadapi permasalahan yang ada untuk menghilangkan lost time tersebut. Untuk menghilangkannya yaitu dengan menggunakan value stream mapping. Hasilnya Processing lead time berkurang dari 0,557 hari menjadi 0,536 hari, Travel distance berkurang dari 85 meter menjadi 65 meter, reduce stock dari 92.160 pcs menjadi 46.080 pcs & reduce area dari 90,4 m2 menjadi 67,8 m2.
