Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, workload, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT Kreasi Ratu Nusantara. The object of this research is employees who work at PT Kreasi Ratu Nusantara. The population in this study were 61 employees at PT Kreasi Ratu Nusantara. The sample used was 61 employees of PT Kreasi Ratu Nusantara. The sampling method used was saturated samples. The data collection method used a survey method, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). Research proves that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has no effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: Compensation, workload, work motivation, job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Kreasi Ratu Nusantara. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Kreasi Ratu Nusantara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 61 karyawan di PT Kreasi Ratu Nusantara. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 61 karyawan PT Kreasi Ratu Nusantara Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
