Abstract
Mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik perlu dibarengi dengan efektivitas kerja yang optimal, namun di Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan efektivitas kerja belum optimal hal tersebut ditunjukan dengan target realisasi anggaran yang tidak tercapai sesuai target yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap efektivitas kerja pada kantor Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 85 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif assosiatif. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah outer model dan inner model menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Efektivitas Kerja. The realization of a good governance needs to be accompanied by an optimum work effectiveness, in the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance has not been achieved yet. This is indicated by the budget realization number which was below the target set. This research is to know the influence of the influence of work discipline, work motivation and work effectiveness leadership style at the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance by using a quantitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted towards the 85 respondents using a quantitative approach assosiatif. The Data analysis use are outer and inner model, using Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the The results showed a work discipline positive effect and significantly to the effectiveness of work, work motivation positive effect and significantly to the effectiveness of work, and leadership style positive effect and significantly to the effectiveness of work.
