Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Agra Dipa Raharja. Objek penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. Agra Dipa Raharja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 orang karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Pengolahan data untuk uji statistik dilakukan dengan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan variabel independen Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction Employees PT. Agra Dipa Raharja. The object of this research is Employee PT. Agra Dipa Raharja. The population in this study amounted to 150 employees. Data collec by questioner. Then data analyzed by SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Data processing for statistical test is done with SmartPLS Program. The results of this study indicate that the two independent variables of Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and the independent variables Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction.
