Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peran Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja pada PT. Bank Amar Indonesia, Tbk dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 136 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara variable terikat dengan variable bebas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Green Recruitment berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Green Training tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, green performance appraisal berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Green Compensation & Benefit tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Green Recruitment, Green Training, Green Performance Appraisal, Green Compensation & Benefit, Kinerja Karyawan. The main objective of this research is to see the Role of Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) on Performance Improvement at PT. Bank Amar Indonesia, Tbk using a quantitative quantitative approach. The data in the study were obtained from 136 respondents who were employees of PT. Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk. Data analysis in this study used an alternative method of structural equation modeling (SEM), namely partial least square (PLS). The first stage in this study was to test the validity of the questions for each variable along with its reliability. The second stage is to test the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The results of this study revealed that the Green Recruitment variable had an effect on employee performance, Green Training had no effect on employee performance, green performance appraisal had an effect on employee performance and Green Compensation & Benefits had no effect on employee performance.
